Thesis defence: Knowledge, Product Differentiation and Trade
Sara Johansson, CESIS affiliated researcher, successfully defended here thesis "Knowledge, Product Differentiation and Trade" on March 26. The thesis analyzes the influence of knowledge on the export performance of firms in different regions. It focuses on the relationship between knowledge and the structure of regional export flows in terms of horizontal and vertical product differentiation and the geographic distribution of export flows. Faculty opponent was professor Volker Nitsch, Technische Universität Darmstadt.
